We offer an investment opportunity that comes as close to perfect as possible. Our investors receive the following:

• Each of our investments is secured by a very low Loan to Value (always less than 50%) in a high end commercial real estate building that has been recently improved
• Cash backed corporate guarantee to our investors specific to their principal and returns
• Each client receives a corporate guarantee from the company. The corporate guarantee is backed by cash in the bank and a Letter of Credit is issued by the company’s bank and specific to the amount of the principal invested and returns quoted. On day 180 of the exchange if the client has not already repaid the borrowed funds and interest then the total amount of principal and return are wired to the investor from the bank automatically. Investor funds are not wired until a draft Collateral Agreement from the bank has been prepared by the bank and sent to the investor for review with their legal counsel.
• Contract periods of less than 90 days
• A five (5) year track record of success with $0 losses to investors
• A guaranteed 15% return on investment per contract (not annualized) which will result in a 60%+ annualized return
• The ability to roll investments into subsequent contracts to allow compounding of returns
• A minimum investment of $100,000 per investor
• Very low influence of market conditions or outside influences on our business model offering long term stability
