• Long-distance or export shipments: choose solvent or hot-melt adhesive for stronger hold.
• Machine packing: use tape with consistent adhesion to prevent jamming.

B. Avoid applying tape on dusty or damp surfaces

• Dust, grease, or moisture can reduce adhesion. Clean the carton surface before applying tape.

C. Apply tape correctly

• For light goods: one strip along the center seam (“I” shape) is enough.
• For heavy goods: add two side strips to form an “H” pattern for extra strength.
• Press firmly to ensure the tape adheres fully and avoid peeling edges.

D. Store packing tape properly

• Keep away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
• Avoid humid places to prevent adhesive degradation.
• Store rolls upright to prevent deformation.
