Temp Workflow — Developer Log # 19 — Giig Hire — 3rd December

New Features

• Temp & Contract Workflow — We now cater directly to temp and contract recruiters with our new temp workflow. Add a job as normal with a temp status and any candidate submitted with autoamtcially follow the temp workflow. Allowing you to skip the interview process if need be and calculate your contract earnings at the hiring part of the process.
• Remember Table Order — Want to order tables in a unique way for you. Now you can. Candidate table ordered by Last Actioned, Company table ordered by name, job table ordered location. Go for it.

New Addition

• Deal menu item — To go along with the new temp workflow we have added a new menu item to clean up the menu. The Deals menu item now hold the perm hires, temp hires and rejected tables.
• UI Pipeline / Table Switcher — To speed up getting to where you want to go we have introduced switchers on to table and pipelines view. These will allow you to instantly switch between the views.
• Collapse menus when opening another menu.
• Added job salary to the applicant submission form.
• Improved the display of interview dates in the interview pipeline view.
• More Default Settings for the company added.

Bug Fixes

• Closing a job was not removing from a job board feed.
• Fixed an issue when the logo was not being display on the new system emails.
• Fixed an issue where jobs that were closed down still had the same menus as live jobs.
• Fixed an issue where clicking on a candidate from within a job card would open a blank card.
• Fixed an issue where the status of the company couldnt be changed if the company was added via the chrome extension.
• Fixed an issue where a moving a company to the Terms Agreed collumn of the pipeline would make the system ask you repeatedly for their terms details.
