In Indian culture, kofta is a special dish in the North and we love us a good variation of the same. Koftas are not just diverse with ingredients but also with their flavors. They can be spicy as well as sweet. We usually deep-fry the koftas and cook them in the gravy of tomato and onions accompanied by spices. Now, spices here are the real game changer.
