Grok – Am I Missing Something Here?

For the record, I firmly state here and now that all abuse should not be tolerated

My absolute worst is animal abuse. Humans can at least telephone or tell someone, call out, fight back, and yes, I get that it’s difficult. My real father was a drunk who became abusive when past a certain alcoholic threshold. So I’m not oblivious to the facts. But animals usually cannot call for help.

I’ve seen the faces of abused dogs. They look confused. As if thinking, “Why is my best friend doing this to me?”

Humans at least have the capacity to understand. And speak. And hopefully they never accept abuse.

We seem more concerned with digital sexual abuse than real sexual abuse. Real sexual abuse has never had the sort of attention and coverage that GROK is generating.

for its handling of this matter. It may just be that he dislikes Musk and sees him as an election threat. But neither have come together in the past to call out “real” sexual abuse.

As an aside, isn’t it going to be interesting to see these sycophants who suck up to Donald distance themselves to create a platform to run from in the next General Election? Especially as Trump is going to suffer in the midterms.

I wonder if they’ve ever had a summit to discuss real sexual abuse.

In the U.K. newspapers, it’s everywhere. But the U.K. chooses to hate people like Elon Musk anyway.

It’s the brazen success you see. They don’t like outwardly demonstrative overachievers. Especially if that success can be monetised and they pay into it. The UK loves to hate Amazon for this very reason.

It’s a cultural thing. We like quiet overachievers like Robert Dyson and the Royal family.

With Richard Branson, they have a love-hate relationship. He’s the outlier. He operates as a maverick and, in so doing, garners support when he is the British Airways vs. Virgin underdog. As a Billionaire playboy on Nekker Island, we don’t like him so much. That’s why there was little sympathy when his island was devastated in a hurricane.

He can afford it.

Whilst I am at heart a Royalist, I do think my allegiance was more for the person (QE2) than the institution. I’m finding it hard to reconcile Charles’s actions with being a Royalist.

And then there is Andrew – they must have all known something. He has Royal protection for Pete’s sake. And Harry … himself another waste of a good pair of kidneys.

But the Royals have spent centuries quietly amassing monumental wealth. Illegally. Clandestinely. But they drive battered old Land Rovers around the ‘farm’ in Wellies with tightly tied scarves, and buy one small pressie at Christmas each, and like Spike Milligan… so we accept them. Let’s not forget they walk to church on Sundays. It sort of hides the fact that the church leases the land on which the church is built … from the Royal family. But they did walk to church. So it feeds into our love of all things ‘old money’.

At heart, every Brit would love to own a country estate, dress in tweed, and be a Duke.

Wimbledon. The Boat Race. Lord’s Cricket Ground. Ascot. And so on.

If it’s called “the home of …” something, then the old money love it and the nouveau riche desire to be accepted at it, dressing up as colourful meringues and parading like pregnant twats and twatesses.

There is no worse look than Ascot’s plebeian stands stuffed to the rafters with cheap Chinese-made Crimplene morning-dress-wear and ill-fitting top hats. Gaudy ballgowns walking in muddy sludge while drunk, grasping a bottle of cheap ALDI Prosecco with sweat stains under the armpits because crimplene doesn’t breathe well.

It takes at least a term to understand how to walk properly in a top hat … and a morning suit that is not tailored to fit, just looks wrong. Always.

Thank god the cloth is a fire hazard, and I brought matches.

No, we Brits hate Elon. And so too, everything he makes. And he made GROK.

In truth, sexual deviants are going to be ‘deviant’ regardless. Somehow, I prefer it on a computer screen than with my actual 19-year-old daughter. Don’t know about you.

And can you please explain the difference between GROK creating people in altered clothing, or being stripped semi-naked and put in humorous positions on a screen for someone’s personal gratification VERSUS going to war, spilling blood and creating carnage on Call of Duty as a precursor to hitting the local school and ‘taking the game live.’

How is the one acceptable and the other an abomination? Call of Duty has generated over $30 billion. Microsoft paid 69 billion to buy the company that produces CoD.

Maybe the dislike of GROK is that it’s hard to monetise sexual abuse. War has always been far easier.
