STARFIGHTERS ACADEMY EXPANDS WITH DIVISION CERTIFICATIONS AND LEADERSHIP RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Starfighters Command is proud to announce the official expansion of the STARFIGHTERS ACADEMY training system with the addition of Division Certificates and the new Leadership Referral Recognition Program.

Cadets participating in Academy training may now complete specialized division tracks and earn official Starfighters Academy Certificates recognizing mission completion, educational advancement, and operational readiness.

Current Academy divisions include advanced mission-based educational training in areas such as:

• AI Command Division • Reality Engineering Division • Leadership Development • Strategic Mission Thinking • Future Operations Training

Each completed division unlocks an official Division Certificate recognizing the cadet’s successful completion of Academy coursework and mission objectives.

In addition, cadets who successfully complete THREE Academy Divisions will become eligible to receive a Starfighters Academy Leadership Referral Letter.

The Leadership Referral Letter is designed to recognize cadets who demonstrate commitment, consistency, discipline, mission participation, and future-focused leadership development through the Academy system.

The Academy initiative was created to combine futuristic storytelling, leadership training, mission engagement, educational development, and community participation into an immersive experience designed to inspire the next generation of creators, thinkers, and leaders.

Starfighters Academy continues to expand its training divisions, cadet recognition systems, mission operations, and future educational initiatives.
