It has become my habit to search the scriptures for insight and wisdom. As a matter of fact, my utmost desire is that the pages of the bible become my way of living.

I don’t just talk about the bible and the Kingdom realities, I talk about them from the perspective of a person who has engaged, practised and discovered the potency of these Kingdom truths.

Today, with the help of the Holy Spirit, I will reveal to you the Kingdom secret that produces Multiplication and Increase.

Let us pray:

“Dearly beloved father, you have been merciful to your children, and you have revealed to us that which was yours and a secret. We say thank you. As we embark on this study, I ask for a sound and understanding mind with a retentive memory in Jesus’ name…. Amen!”

Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people.

Hidden in the above scripture is a simple but powerful principle that governs increase and multiplication.

This principle states:

Whatever you give thanks for will multiply.

You see? I told you it’s very simple. The opposite becomes the consequences of violating this principle.

And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. — Jeremiah 30:19

Thanksgiving always come before multiplication and increase. Whatever God blessed you with, no matter how small or big it is. He is only testing you.

Thanksgiving to God shows you acknowledge Him as the source of what you received. If you do not thank Him. No worries, but you may not see growth.

God is spirit. Humans live in the physical part of the spiritual realm. As a result, God wants to be recognised and acknowledged in this physical world as King and Lord over all.

For Him to accomplish this desire, He wants us to know Him because our ancestral Parents (Adam and Eve) sinned against Him, leading to a barrier between us and God.

When we returned to Him through repentance and acceptance of Jesus as Lord and personal saviour. He welcomed us home and blessed us with the treasures of this world.

Thanksgiving becomes a response to a principle that proves our acknowledgement of the great, mighty, terrible one.

It shows we are walking and living in the consciousness that the Almighty God is living and caring for us.

What are you waiting for?

That house you built or bought, if you thank Him for it, He will give you more.
