the sound of the ocean splashing the pounding surf washing away all cares and worries sands between the toes feet cooled by rolling breakers cool to the touch fingers filled with foam sunshine on your back and arms like when a new day appears the sun rising letting in the light a day to take away the tiredness of work and life a harmony of body and soul that rings in all spaces keeping dear the good thoughts and memories of the day and yesteryear all roughness worn away leaving only gentleness and calm the ocean like a microphone sending welcoming vibrations of new life and a new day.
