WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GENERATION ???

The bus stopped so suddenly that Smita nearly lost her balance. Her reflexes caused her to instinctively cover her stomach. The people around her laughed softly. Smita smiled apologetically.

Kishan, who was old and obese, got up and said, “Ma’am, please take my seat.”

Smita smiled consciously. “I am fine,” she said, holding the pillar tighter.

“Ma’am, please, in your condition, it is better not to stand,” persisted Kishan.

‘What is her condition?’ said a woman sitting. “Uncle, you should sit. If you fall, you may hurt yourself.”

Kishan smiled. “Yes, I may hurt myself, but her loss would be bigger. Please sit.”

Smita took the seat, looking at her benefactor with grateful eyes.

“I don’t know what is wrong with this generation. An old man vacates a seat for a young, healthy woman,” said a young man.

“And I don’t know what is wrong with this generation; a pregnant woman nearly falls standing; an old man gives his seat to her, but a young man sits comfortably on the seat reserved for women, senior citizens, and handicapped people.”

All eyes turned towards the young man.

His face turned red, and when the bus stopped at a red light, he got off quickly.
