New scheme G RAM G has:
60 % central governmental fund & 40 % state governmental funds. — both must double verify work done and planned vs. actual achievement.
Geo- tagging, GPS-mapping, Map location, Satellite picture of work, Just for verification of work done, etc.
In old scheme:
Fake people took money & Dead people took cash benefits, Human Dead body worked as a labour, Animals worked as a labour in MNREGA Scheme.
From common men , common women, so called innocent village people to Sarpanch, Panchayat, Vidhan Sabha, Dhara Sabha, Sansad, Collector, IAS, Talati, Class 1,2, 3, etc. all took their own share of money as per their AUKAT in corruption.
There was no space for audit, work done cross check, payment limits, manual vs. machine work required ,etc.
New scheme RAM G has:
So no space for frauds in new scheme.
Work aligned will be in asset making like, Road, Rails, Ponds, Step well, Renovation of rural & infra making, renewal of infra, etc. as per new scheme.
What else?
Those who will not get cash transfer, cash-cut,% money and kataki or cut-money will be crying daily for their of share loss.
Those whose work will get audited by state, central governmental machineries will be crying too.
MNREGA was inducted in 2005 by UPA-1. One may please read newspapers and other videos of scams and corruption in levels. There was no scope for audits, no cross check, no reporting, no complaints, no tender, no bidding, no competitional pricing of contract, etc.

New scheme will reduce corruption and competitive bidding of rural level work. If not, 100% then up to some level this target is been set.
Rural infrastructure like, rails, road, pond making, new well making, new pond making ,or rain water storage making , or rain water lake storage, will get attention from government to have operation, function, future ready.
Many local, rural political agents too take benefits in MNREGA scheme. The same money goes back in electoral politics, elections, vote bank appeassment.
Inocent people suffers and nanoscale of people enjoye systemic erosion.
