It’s so amazing how we take so much time concentrating on other people and creating just little…

It’s so amazing how we take so much time concentrating on other people and creating just little time for ourselves. We even make decisions at times based on what we see others do, because we want to be like them…. However, we must know that these people we directly or indirectly look up to wouldn’t be here if they didn’t get it right in their lives. It’s high time we started creating a meaningful time for ourselves because a lot of generations depend on us, and will look up to us for solution, what are we bringing to the table?

We should understand hook line and sinker that we can not give what we don’t have. Before we are launched to dish out virtues to other people, we must have spent enough time with ourselves, acquiring, receiving, forsaking and being shaped gradually. All these preparatory processes wouldn’t be seen as necessary if we don’t love ourselves to the point of not seeing anything as too precious than we deserve. The Bible says the act of true freedom is to love others as we love ourselves (Galatians 5:14).

So therefore, you want to make impact to others in life? please make impact in your own life first!, you want to be a blessing to people?, learn to be a blessing to yourself first! You want to know how to show love to other people?, start by showing yourself some love!!

This is true freedom!
