The global LGBTQ+, BL and GL streaming landscape has consolidated faster than most predicted.
The platforms that built early audiences for queer content from Taiwan, Thailand, and Korea have either been absorbed, shut down, or pivoted — and the majors have moved in. GagaOOLala, founded in 2016, is one of the few that survived on its own terms. Now its founder Jay Lin is making a new move: into vertical drama.
