“Pranatharthihara” literally translates to “the remover of the suffering or distress of those who have surrendered to Him.” Just as a loving parent, Lord Krishna, filled with boundless vatsalya, responds to the heartfelt surrender and distress of His devotees. We understand Krishna as Pranatharthihara with the भाव (bhava) of vatsalya who guides the devotee towards inner peace and liberation, nurturing them with the same tenderness, a parent shows their child.
