Lower your expectations and raise your standards and values. Why?Expectations, we’ve been taugh to bring expectations to all aspects of our life and it’s okay to have certain expectations of myself but the problem with an expectation on to somebody else is it a projection and when we projec tour expectations on somebody else they will never live up to those expectations.

So what I need to be doing well I’m dating isfiguring out my values, figuring out my standards,and when I figure out both of those things, guess what that means I get tolive by?

I now live by my values and standards. I know what I stand for and what I don’t stand for. When I’m clear on these things it’s very easy for me to sit across from somebody show up authetically, equally as importantthey can show up being themselves, they don’t feel any that energy and expectation projection and the when they get to show up authentically for me that I get to sit back and observe and see if they meet my values and standards.
