In a world of fast writing, speed alone no longer increases earnings. Because AI allows everyone to write more, the market is flooded with low-effort volume. To break through, your system shouldn’t just produce more — it must produce higher-quality assets at a speed the market can’t ignore.

The tone changes when you are only trying to increase views to get reads. Writing starts to sound like a desperate plea. Begging, clickbait titles, and wild claims ruin otherwise sound information. You begin to be known for scams, false claims, and untrustworthy writing.

AI can be used to increase views, but it can also be used for better leverage in other ways. It can be used to build valuable assets.

My Current Situation — Exploration

I am currently exploring the creation of digital products using AI to speed up production. The power of AI lies in its ability to be an inexpensive, capable, and fast assistant.

AI is fast, but this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. The author still writes. Input is required. Voice and style are important to keep hard-won audiences. Facts must be verified, and instructions must be tested.

The Simple System I Am Building

The simple system I am building uses a reMarkable tablet to gather notes and ideas, then improves on them using a series of transfers to and from AI.

• Ideas are collected from notes, journal pages, and a pocket notebook that is always on me.
• I create PDFs out of these notes and upload them to AI for analysis.
• I use AI as a sparring partner to stress-test my notes and expand them into articles. The articles can also be converted into video or any format required.
• I use platforms like Medium as a testing ground, not a final destination. By checking data to see what resonates, I’m not chasing the algorithm — I’m identifying which of my ideas have the most value as standalone digital products. The goal is to use platform exposure to validate the assets I intend to own.
• Winning ideas can be further developed into salable digital products.
• Readers can be added to email lists or notified using platforms.

Why Are Human Readers Still Valuable?

Why can’t your readers just look up your information for themselves? They can. They are paying for your taste and skill.

There is value in presentation. Having a person with experience present information in a clear voice matters. The “street smarts” of the author cut through raw information to give clear, actionable guidance. Judgment about what information is most worthwhile helps the reader navigate complex topics.

You can instruct AI to present words. It can create text and provide extensive information. It cannot decide what really matters. That is where a human, sitting with a pen in hand and methodically working through a problem, becomes valuable.

There Is No Need for Scam Courses

There is no need for specialized AI prompt-engineering courses. AI is designed to understand you, and it will even help you craft its own instructions. The real learning curve isn’t the software — it’s your own domain expertise. You don’t learn AI; you learn how to apply your existing taste and judgment to the outputs AI provides.

Through practice and iteration, you are going to use AI to create your own process. AI will even help you create prompts and instructions to get the outputs you want.

The real path to AI success is the slow progress you make while working with AI as a partner to arrive at favorable outcomes.

The True Goals

The true goals in writing this way do not align with pre-AI writing. Viral posts are nice for exposure, but they are far from the end goal. Income is not derived from viral posts, and the payouts for viral material are low.

One-off payouts are not the goal. You want solid digital content that pays off sale after sale.
