Gen Z stare

This article isnt ment to be disrespectful, it’s opinionated, i tried to equally include both sides it’s ups and downs, and include generations while i go along.

I know i dont live in USA, but im sure there are people that have the same stare in Europe, and im Generation Z, most young people are with all due respect fed up with work that bearly give them monitizable gain, like it used to be back in 80s or 90s did.

Generational view of the world

I know that Boomer geration had different views on life because the life they live was affordable had better housing market, havent have internet for its information, and get kids and be financially stable, but that doesn’t mean that Gen Z should be ridiculed for work that they aren’t satisfied for, so im just suggesting an understanding and respect from older generation. So what does this all have to do with Gen Z stare, its wanting more, refusal to be slaves on a jobs that they find it meaningless and comparison between generations that won’t solve anything, but also for some people from Gen Z to realised that they shouldn’t complaint for a little things in it, because they could get fired and that’s even worse without plan B, what im trying to say is for some older generation to soften up younger, and to give them opportunity to get the job they want thats affordable and to be entrepreneur there’s own owners one day, and for younger to understand that you won’t work these jobs forever, so dont worry you will get this throw, its just part of life, i know it sounds harsh but its true.
