A world of hesitation

The universe is too big to imagine. There are endless planets. But only species invented throughout this universe until now are human beings. Humans, they are supposed to be friendly, caring, and helpful. Yet we live in a WORLD OF HESITATION.

Life is uncertain. We cannot control our death. It may come today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Life is too short to think about. And we fail to tell our loved ones how much they mean to us. The hesitation of confession gives birth to a feeling of regret after their loss. And this regret haunts us forever. One magic word can relieve a lot of pain from an individual. We never know what is going on with someone. They may suffer so much that maybe we cannot endure if the same events happened with us. Why is it so difficult to tell someone that they deserve better? They did enough? These words do not need any payments to check in. A little appreciation, hope and compliments can save a life. Are we not willing to save a life? If not how are we supposed to be humans?

We love watching heroes win. But heroes do not win only fighting the villains besides they can be a simple individual who assures a kid, who lost his everything at a very little age, that the world has not ended yet. We never value the precious thing until it is lost. It’s better to live with the person itself rather than living inside the memories.

Let me share a story. A parent gave birth to their son being the only child of the family. The child grew up to be a man, earned a job, and began to run his family giving his father an opportunity to rest. But deep inside this happy home, there was a hole. And that hole consumed the man. They never knew what their child had to endure everyday. What kind of struggles he had to face to cover the expenses of them. Yet he never heard those magic words that could give him a slight relief that what he was doing was right. And the pain was a part of his life. His parents never told him how much he meant to them. And on the other hand the son never told them how much he cares for them. Out of the blue he lost his work. And his parents blamed him despite all his efforts. He became a burden to society. Can you think about the amount of mental pressure he is holding inside his mind? This led him to alcohol consumption, smoking constantly. And the result? Shocking heart attack at a very young age. The only source of light in this family is gone now. What remains is the regret of never telling him that he has done enough. This hesitation of confession killed the parents and gave the son a painful death believing that he was a failure to his parents. He died only knowing that his parents were not satisfied with him. The secrets of emotions stay within us, the readers. But the family will never know about them.

If you are reading this, put aside your hesitation. Confess to your father, mother, brother, sister, and partner. That I love you, you did enough, you deserve better and the world has not ended yet, I am with you FOREVER. Do not LIVE IN THE WORLD OF HESITATION.
