Job hunting

I have never been in a position where I have to find a job and have left the other job already. I have never been in between jobs in my life. I don’t really understand why this is happening now. I have applied to probably 50 jobs over the last two months and have landed a handful of interviews. I interview well and feel like I have a connection with the panel, but I’m not landing the job. Unfortunately, they are choosing internal candidates and I’m external. I put in so much energy and try my very best and come up short. It’s exhausting and discouraging. I get so excited and passionate to work for a certain company and then find out they chose another candidate. This has happened four or five times. I know I’m a good communicator, present myself with confidence and have tons of experience and skills for the positions. I just haven’t been in this situation before. In the past, I have gone to one interview and find out an hour later I got the job. I don’t understand why it is taking so long this time to land a job that I love. I’m hopeful and trusting in God that he has the perfect job for me. The waiting and trusting is hard, but its part of the process. I know I will land a job soon. My desire is to work for Sutter health and help in women’s health. I have a passion for helping women and want them to recieve the best healthcare. I want to work locally which means Roseville, Rocklin, or Lincoln. I need full time and benefits. I want to work as a patient service representative for a few years and then promote to care center lead position. I love helping others and love scheduling appts and talking to patients. I like hearing about their lives and stories.
