Growing a little bit more

I see you. I hear you. I believe you. Your experiences, though painful, do not define your worth. You’re more than the trauma you endured. You’re strong, resilient and brave. It’s okay to still feel the weight of those memories. Healing isn’t a linear journey, and it’s normal for the past to linger. But please know that you’re not alone . There are those who care, who listen, and who understand. You deserve love, compassion and kindness- from yourself and others. Be gentle with yourself as you navigate with the complexities of your emotions. Remember, your story is not over yet. You’ve the power to rewrite the narrative , to heal, and to find peace. Keep moving forward, even when it feels like the smallest step. You are capable of growth, of transformation, and of finding happiness. You’re loved, you’re valued, and you’re enough. Yeah..!! it’s so hard sometimes it feels like hell. We lose our courage , Patience and composure in certain situations. It feels like we’re no longer in control, it become worse, we tremble frailty took over on us. All we sense is darkness and despair. We unleash our frustrations on innocent people. But just as the darkest nights pass and the sun shines bright everywhere even after the most terrifying disasters, So ours will and there’ll be a ray of positivity everywhere captivating us to be kind, positive and gentle to ourselves and everyone around us! We’ll shine again no matter how difficult things seem right now. Our bruises will heal and we’ll be fine again. If it’s hard today we’ll be voiced for better days tomorrow!Don’t lose hope there are so many good things waiting for you! Keep swimming don’t let yourself to be drowned they’re waiting at the shore for you! And let me ask you, what did they do for you? Did you deserve this? The sleepless nights, the tears that fell like rain, the self doubt that crept in like a thief in the night? Especially, you lost your sense of worth. You felt like a puzzle with missing pieces, like a song with no melody. Ask yourself, did you deserve this disrespect? Did you deserve to be constantly belittled, ignored, and unappreciated? You gave them your love, your trust, your everything. And what did they gave you in return? A broken heart, shattered dreams, and a soul that has lost its way. But here’s the thing, my love: you survived, you made it through the storm, and you’re still standing. You killed the part of you that loved them, every day, just to live a little more without them. And you know what! you should be grateful for eliminating them from your life. It’s not you loss, darling; it’s your liberation. It’s your chance to rise from the ashes, to heal, to love again. If you’ve been in a toxic situation, know that leaving can be a liberating experience. You’ve given your all to those who didn’t appreciate it, and it’s now time to move on. So let them play their victim cards with someone else- someone who deserves their drama. You’re worthy of love, respect and honesty!
