My Honest Feedback on the upEducators NTT Course and SWAYAM ECCEd Course

When I started exploring Nursery Teachers Training courses online, I realised there were only a few options available. And one name that was coming up again and again based on reviews and ratings, was upEducators. They had trained over 1,00,000 educators and had Google reviews of 4.8/5 by 4500+ teachers, which made them stand out.

So I decided to enrol for both the courses — an Early Childhood and Care Education program (SWAYAM), and an NTT program offered by upEducators, to find out which one would genuinely work for me, in my teaching career.

Here is my honest, unfiltered review for both:

The upEducators NTT Program -

1. Updated curriculum with integration of the latest AI tools and features, which matter the most in a rapidly changing classroom, in 2026
2. Live and interactive classes are conducted and not pre-recorded classes.
3. The trainers are experts in pre-school education with 10+ years of experience.
4. Hands-on training is given to the participants, and a ready-to-use NTT kit is also given to immediately start our own teaching journey.
5. Placement assistance is also provided to prepare teachers for interviews, create perfect resumes, give a demo and get expert guidance.
6. They give Government-Recognised NCVET Skill India and Google Certified Educator Certifications, which truly matter in your CV and carry real weight.
7. The fees are also very reasonable compared to the benefits provided by upEducators.
8. The overall experience was truly excellent, and upEducators is truly a leader in online training of teachers.

What could be better-

• It’s a paid course and requires immediate investment.
• Classes are available in the evening, which may not suit everyone’s schedule, but recorded sessions are also available.

Early Childhood and Care Education Program (SWAYAM) -

I enrolled in one of the options available for free. Obviously, the wow factor was the cost, which was free; it was self-paced, which means studying as per my own availability, no rigid schedule.

After a couple of days, I started losing my interest as I got stuck at a point, and I had no one to ask about the doubt. The session was pre-recorded, and the content was outdated.

That moment was a turning point for me; I realised I wasn’t actually learning anything new. I was just watching a video, as I do on YouTube.

My Final Thoughts:

Courses offered by SWAYAM are good for educators who are just beginning to learn. But if you are experienced and your goal is your career growth, a free pre-recorded content won’t help you. A live, updated course like upEducators’ NTT program is an investment that will help you earn recognised certifications and land a high-paid job.
