A change is always good!

Yes, it is so refreshing!

So I thought that, instead of writing about my therapy stuff, I should try writing about, how important a change is in our lives!

For example, this place I am, at Baharia town located in the outskirts of Karachi!

My cousin lives here on the 18th floor, and the wind here is awesome.

I slept so well here, and woke up to see the sky and a beautiful view outside from her bedroom.

For breakfast we had bread, chai, daal(pulses) and omelette with paratha, and not to forget the homemade green chili achar yummmm 😋

And endless cups of tea with no mom yelling in the background saying I have drunk too much! 😉

I know , I know , caffeine is not healthy for me and I would quit it as soon as I fall in love with myself IA.

My therapist is working on it but the issue is that I myself am resisting to implement the rules.

But oneday iA(God willing)…

After all The God who brought me to this lovely place would get me through my storms as well.

Oh talking about storms,,, well the tiles in my kitchen got air in them and it was a nightmare having them replaced.

The chaos, the sounds, the dust all got into me and left me immensely drained! And I stayed for my mom’s sake so that I would be there if she needed help.

But then I ended up needing help!

And as I was lieying down on my mom’s bed , on the next day of the chaos ; while she was busy chatting on the phone, I held her hand! And it was so therapeutic!

Moms have magic in them sent down by God! I told her my pain and she said do not do anything for an hour and keep lieying on the bed. And I planned the same.

But the thought of me having to pack up for my cousin’s trip was bugging me in the background and causing me anxiety!

So I kept holding my mom’s hand with two different angles and her energy transferred into me and I got up and put loud music in my room and did the packing! yayyy.

My cousin has this beautiful cat in the house named Ginger and she is a joy to be with mA!

Right now my cousin is gone out for shopping and I preferred to stay in her beautiful home mA enjoying the beautiful ambience and writing here in quiet!

I usually write with loud music in the background and sipping my tea in breaks but right now my tea has ended and I am not playing any music just the sound of the wind and light sounds of little traffic from far away are in the background.

I feel blessed to have this change of place and mind and I pray you could have it too!
