Lagos: Sanwo Olu Performs Ground Breaking Ceremony For ‘Red Line Rail’ Project

The Governor of Lagos State, Babjide Sanwo-Olu Thursday performed a groundbreaking ceremony and commencement of civil works for the Lagos Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) Redline project which when fully completed, can commute at least one million Lagosians daily.

Also present at the event, was the Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi with other important dignitaries.

During the ceremony, the governor noted that the rail mass transit will traverse from Agbodo to Marina, stating that come 2022, the rail will be operating.
