Bar-le-Duc in the first days of April

Sharing a spring photo essay from Bar-le-Duc. This time, the shots mostly focused on the Upper Town.

I love history. And I really enjoy strolling around the old town. I especially enjoy exploring and photographing the various interesting spots in the Upper Town. I don’t live in the most convenient part of the city, but when I’m downtown, I try to head up. If you’d told me five years ago that I’d live in such a fairytale town, I never would have believed it. It’s not exactly what I dreamed of, but I definitely enjoy photographing Bar-le-Duc. Taking photos is like recharging my batteries — I escape my problems for a while. And that’s something I absolutely must do…
