So hello everyone, welcome to YouTube. We will upload one video every day for 30 days, in which we will provide you, episode by episode, a completely free course that, InshaAllah, has the potential to change your life in the coming time—if you learn things from it and implement them in the right direction. Wherever you get stuck, take guidance from the right people, then definitely within the next 6 to 12 months, you can make your first dollar through this.

What’s Inside the Course?

Let me tell you that maybe this business is not for you. It’s possible that you are stuck in a job where it is difficult for you to take out time. It’s possible that you have no money at all. It’s possible that your circumstances are such that you don’t understand the online field.

You need to look at your circumstances, understand this business, and then if you feel that yes, based on my circumstances, I can take a small risk of 6 months, 8 months, or 10 months, then you should jump into it. With the right expectations, you will definitely earn your first dollar within that time.

But if you think that money will come in three months, two months, or one month, then that may be difficult. For 95% of people, money has neither come in that short time before, nor are the chances that it will come for you.

To grow any business, you must sort out two things before jumping into this business.

Growth Rule #1

First, you need to be clear about why you are entering this business. You need to see what motivated you. Did a friend motivate you? Did you watch one of my videos? Did you watch some other YouTuber’s video? Did you read or hear somewhere that YouTube works?

You must first clear why you are entering this business. Has someone just attracted you, or are you yourself sorted that yes, I will do this business so that my problems will be fixed after a certain time? This is the adventure because of which you are entering it.

Secondly, in whichever business you enter, it is very important to have the right community around you.

I would recommend that this free course series that is coming to you should definitely be shared with two or three of your friends. Tell them to take out 5, 10, or 15 minutes daily and watch this series together.

During Eid holidays, sit calmly and peacefully and discuss each video and each concept one by one. Everyone will bring their own points, and you will think whether this feels right or not, whether someone said something wrong or not.

When you have a community, you will get many more points, and decision-making will become easier for you. Plus, when you continue this journey, daily demotivation will hit you. But when two or three friends are also doing this work, they will ask you daily what you did today, and what they did today.

Even if you feel demotivated, this discipline will not be very difficult to carry.

Assignment

In today’s video, a small assignment for you is to write down your “why.” If you have a mirror in your house, write it there: Why I am trying to jump into this YouTube income.

Maybe you don’t like income in rupees because even if it looks like it is increasing, actually due to inflation it is decreasing. Maybe you want to achieve some goal for your parents that cannot be fulfilled through your current job. Maybe you are a student and want to start earning before completing your degree.

Any of these can be your “why.” But write it, keep it in front of you properly, look at it daily, and keep implementing daily. This can lead you toward success. There is no other option.

The second homework is also the same: keep a good community with you. Share this with two to four friends. If you have a wife or husband, share it with them. Watch it together and discuss it.

If you watch it alone, you may watch it for 30 days, but after Eid you will move to another playlist and all your motivation will end.

Till now, wherever you have talked about YouTube, lifestyle, or made videos like Magnates Media, it feels like this is the whole world of YouTube automation.

Welcome note: We will upload YouTube episodes, and today this is our second episode. In yesterday’s episode, we talked about why there are two things that must be crystal clear if you want to do YouTube.

Major Components of YouTube

As you can see in my videos, my face comes in front, my voice comes in front, and you enjoy my videos. If you don’t want to do this for any reason—maybe you are camera shy, maybe you fear people, maybe you don’t feel like coming on camera, maybe you don’t have good equipment—any reason is possible.

You may be an investor and want to be a producer instead of a content creator. In any case, if you don’t want to come on camera, then you need a script, a voice-over, visuals, and a thumbnail.

Anyone who has these four things can upload 10 videos in a single day. There is no limit. Script writers can write scripts, voice-overs can be done by AI or voice-over artists, video editors can compile visuals, and thumbnail designers can make thumbnails.

The good news is that you don’t need to come in front. You can manage one channel, two channels, three channels, or even 300 channels.

Case Studies and Niches

I will show you different channels: Business documentary channels, gadget channels, story-based channels, Elon Musk-related channels, travel niche channels, drawing-based channels, pronunciation channels, education-based channels, mehndi design channels.

Some are easy, some are difficult. It totally depends on your budget, time, team, and experience.

FAQs

Some niches require almost zero money if you have the skills. If you hire people, then some money is needed. Difficult niches may require more than two to three lakh rupees per month.

Time requirement also depends on the niche. Easy niches can work with one to two hours daily, difficult ones may need six hours daily.

Results may take a minimum of six months, especially for beginners. Tools can be free at the start. Paid tools can be added later.

You can even start from mobile. Laptop just increases speed and quality.
