Welcome to ICLighthouse DAO’s Financial Report for Q2 2025. As a community-driven project, ICDex continues to operate under ICLighthouse DAO as a fully decentralized exchange, staying true to our values of transparency, sustainability, and community-first governance.

This quarter’s key highlights include treasury balances, fee income in ICL, ICL burned and sent to the treasury, and core ecosystem metrics.

Treasury Overview

ICP Treasury The ICP treasury opened Q2 on April 28, 2025, with 241,227.81 ICP. By July 30, the balance decreased to 220,727.81 ICP, marking a net reduction of 20,500 ICP, resulting from:

• 20,000 ICP transferred to the liquidity Dapp (Proposal 534)
• 500 ICP used for SNS Dapp cycles (Proposal 535)

ICL Treasury The ICL Treasury’s Eco-Incentive Reserve began the quarter with 23,446,651.1 ICL. On July 30, 10,000,000 ICL was transferred to the Trader Dapp and burned (Proposals 546 & 548), leaving a final balance of 13,446,651.1 ICL.

The Risk Reserve and Strategic Reserve remained unchanged. Overall, the total ICL treasury dropped from 60,218,265.5 ICL to 50,218,265.5 ICL.
