I decided to start documenting my journey

In 2015, I was supposed to become a doctor.

Instead, I started making games.

I was a pre-medical student, and while everyone around me was thinking about biology, chemistry, and medicine, I was sitting in front of a computer trying to figure out how technology worked.

I didn’t know where this curiosity would take me.

I started with game development using Construct 3.

Then I discovered blogging.

I built a website on Wix.

Then Blogger.

Then I found WordPress.

And suddenly, I wasn’t just using the internet anymore.

I wanted to build things for it.

That became a pattern for the next 10+ years.

Whenever I had a problem, I didn’t look for a course first.

I searched for the solution.

I learned what I needed.

I built something.

Then I found another problem.

And learned something else.

That’s how I ended up learning web development, WordPress, content writing, YouTube, voiceovers, audio editing, video editing, website monetization, affiliate marketing, app development, and eventually software products.

Looking back, I realize something:

I wasn’t really learning technology.

I was learning how to turn an idea into something real.

And there has always been one thought in the back of my mind:

Why can’t someone from Pakistan build a product that the whole world uses?

We have Medium.

Quora.

Brainly.

Thousands of products built by people somewhere in the world.

I want to build something that makes people say:

“This was built by someone from Pakistan.”

I’m nowhere near that level yet.

And I don’t want to pretend that I am.

I’m still learning.

I’m still making mistakes.

I’m still struggling to build something that actually works.

But I’ve decided to stop keeping the journey to myself.

Because for years, I was searching for people who would openly share what they were doing, what they were learning, and what they were getting wrong.

I want to become that person for someone else.

So from today, I’m documenting everything.

The products I build.

The businesses I try.

The mistakes I make.

The lessons I learn.

The people I work with.

And hopefully, the results that come from all of it.

My long-term goal?

Build 50 SaaS and digital products.

But I’m not going to build 50 products at once.

I’ll build one.

Turn it into a real business.

Make it work.

Reinvest the money.

Build a team.

Then build the next one.

I’ve already started taking the first steps.

I currently have two people working with me — one helping with social media and another with outreach.

And right now, we’re working on something I’m genuinely excited about.

I’ll reveal it in my next post.

This isn’t a success story.

Not yet.

It’s the beginning of one.

And I’m inviting you to watch it happen.

Day 1/30.

Let’s build.
