Far above the clouds, in the velvet sky, lived a little star named Luma. Every night, the stars sparkled proudly — but Luma, for some reason, had forgotten how to shine.
She tried everything. She puffed her cheeks, twinkled her eyes, and even whispered,
“Please, light, come back!”
But nothing worked. The other stars giggled kindly, saying,
“Don’t worry, Luma, maybe your light is just shy tonight.”
Feeling sad, Luma drifted away to hide behind a passing cloud. That’s when she heard a tiny voice from below.
It was a child looking out the window, whispering,
“I wish I could see just one more star before I sleep.”
Luma’s heart glowed warm. She realized she didn’t need to be perfect — she just needed to try.
So she took a deep breath… and let her light shine, even if it was small. Down below, the child smiled and whispered,
“Thank you, little star.”
And from that night on, Luma never forgot how bright she could be because sometimes, even a small light can make someone’s world brighter. 💫
