In physics, velocity describes the rate at which an object changes position. In Dynamic Financial Applied Meta-Science (DFAS), Ethical Velocity describes the rate at which an institution changes ethical behaviour — either improving toward transparency or deteriorating toward suppression.
Ethical Velocity reveals how fast:
- ethical drift occurs,
- suppression emerges,
- transparency collapses,
- credibility decays,
- reciprocity shifts,
- ethical recovery happens,
- institutional behaviour evolves.
