My current marketing effort

Today is Wednesday, and I am sitting here doing some market research for a client of ours who lives and operates in Northern New Jersey, Bergen county to be more exact. This client is amazing, she moved here from Brazil and decided to try her entrepreneurial side by launching a residential and commercial cleaning company there in Mahwah and Cresskill. The owner of **Layne Maids Service** originally contact me because of some previous articles I had written, after our initial conversations we decided to partner up and see what I could do through Unthink Marketing, the company that is started in Phoenix, to help her grow her business.

You see the issue that we have is that Northern NJ is very competed over by residents of Southern NJ who commute north to run their cleaning businesses, needless to say its very common to have wealthier communities in northern part of new jersey than in the southern part. Layne Maids commercial janitorial service is actually one of the few who has invested so much in equipment and training, but because people tend to look for local, friendly, and understandable companies they can speak through clearly over the phone we are figuring out how we can build a platform that walks potential customers down her sales funnel without her having to speak with a client initially to close the sale.

I have actually helped other cleaning companies in other states and I know that there are many approaches that will work, but there is just something about New Jersey lifestyle, residents, culture, something that makes it a completely different animal in marketing for cleaning and janitorial services. I am in charge of another cleaning company who is trying to expose their brand on that market, so one thing I have devised is the partnership of these two great companies, Honest Maids and Layne Maid Service of New Jersey, so that they can partner and have a branch servicing clients as Honest Maids of New Jersey. We will see how that pans out. — I will keep you posted.
