Migration, planned on a controlled timeline, eliminates this risk category entirely.
4. Structured Fault Documentation
Recording root cause and corrective action on every stoppage — not just logging it as downtime — builds the operational dataset needed to identify repeat failures and address systemic causes. Without this data, the same failures recur indefinitely.
