That’s why I found the MoSCoW Prioritization Technique so interesting. It offers a simple way to decide what needs attention first.

🔴 Must Have – Essential requirements

🟠 Should Have – Important but not critical

🟢 Could Have – Nice to have if time permits

🔵 Won’t Have (for now) – Out of scope for the current release

I like how this technique helps teams focus on delivering the most valuable features first.
