This letter is to my future self

I hope I will make it to the future I have planned for myself

This picture is from February 2025. At that time, my hair was long, but now it’s short because I really like short hair. It started growing, and after a few months, I cut my bangs. Then, sometime later, I asked my sister to give me a wolf cut, so it became even shorter. It was a bit too short to fully show the wolf cut style, but I still liked it. My hair has grown since then, but it’s still kind of short — around my shoulders. Today, I cut my bangs again.

So today, I’m going to write a letter to my future self. I hope for so many things, and I believe I will achieve them because I won’t just sit and wish — I’ll make them happen. I’ll keep learning new things, so let’s start.

Hey there, Zunaira,

I hope you’ve become everything you wanted to be. I believe you’ll reach your goals. I hope you’ve written the story and the book you’ve been working on. I hope you’ve become a good singer, rapper, dancer, songwriter, and producer — a true all-rounder.

I know you’ve already improved in painting and sketching. I would love to hear the story of when you met BTS and worked with them. How did it feel to meet them in real life, especially when they were comfortable with you? I know you didn’t give up because BTS are your idols.

I hope the animal shelter you want to open, with single rooms for each animal, is doing well. I want to laugh until I cry listening to all the funny things Tehreem does(my twin). What did Tehreem choose as her hobbies? Did she figure them out yet?

I hope you have the freedom to wear whatever you want now. I already know the kind of outfits you’d love because we both never stop loving that style.

How’s your studio? What kind of music are you making? I hope your lyrics make BTS proud — they’d be proud of a fan who worked hard, loved herself, and met them the way she dreamed.

I hope you can write beautifully, whether it’s in notebooks no one reads or anywhere else. I hope you can cry openly when you feel like it, without holding back. I hope you’ve learned to fight more and become stronger than you are now.

There are so many more things I want to write, but I can’t remember all of them now. Maybe I’ll write another letter later.
