提供可讓教師管理自己的學程、教材、與教材授權 ; 學員可以取得修課、與瀏覽學程、課程資訊，並取得以授權的教材內容。

使用網頁 定義

• [Portal] : 提供使用者登入，並依據情境給予相關符合scope的JWT token
• [學程管理] : 呈現使用者有權限瀏覽的學程資訊，並可瀏覽學程(Schedule)、課程(Slot)、以及修課(Appointment)資訊。
• [學程新增] ： 供[教師]且有權限 新增學程、課程基本資料。
• [教材管理] ： 可上傳教材、並以[DocumentReference]描述，上傳至FHIR server以供瀏覽查詢。
• [教材授權] : 取得 教材 與 學程列表，並儲存關聯以供授權判斷。
• [學程瀏覽] ： 供[學員]且已修課，並有權限瀏覽修課學程、課程、與教材資訊。

使用資源 定義

• [Schedule] : 表示 [學程]
• [Slot] : [學程]裡的[課程]資訊
• [Appointemnt] : 當 學員 報名後產生，reference至 [Slot]
• [DocumentRefenence] : 當教材產生後，產生描述教材的詮釋資料，並註冊至Portal
• [Organazation] : [組織]，如 開課單位
• [Patient] : 表示在開課組織下的[學員]
