First of all, I owe you an apology.
Over the past few days, I haven’t been able to connect with you as regularly as I usually do. Many of you have written to me, and I truly appreciate every message.
The reason is simple:
Life has been gifting us some beautiful moments, and my wife Neelam and I are currently traveling and celebrating my birthday week in Hyderabad.
Yes, my birthday is on 18th June, and this year we decided to celebrate it a little differently.
Instead of rushing through another birthday, we chose to slow down, be present, create memories, and simply enjoy the journey.
And what a beautiful journey it has already been!
A Special Birthday Week Begins
We arrived in Hyderabad a few days before my birthday and checked into one of our favorite hotels — the magnificent **Taj Deccan.**
There is something magical about staying in a place where you feel completely relaxed. From the moment we arrived, it felt as if the Universe was whispering:
“This week is meant to be special.”
And special it has been.
A Surprise That Touched Our Hearts
One of the highlights of our pre-birthday celebrations was meeting our dear author friend, Dr Vijayalakshmi Aluri (**Dr. Vijalakshmi Aluri), a renowned doctor in Hyderabad and the driving force behind [Sri Sri Holistic Hospital.](https://srisriholistichospitals.com/)**
Yesterday, she invited us to her home. What we thought would be a simple visit turned into a beautiful surprise.
There was a cake waiting for us. There were thoughtful gifts. There was laughter, warmth, friendship, and genuine affection. We celebrated my birthday even before the actual day arrived!

Moments like these remind us that life’s greatest gifts are not things — they are people.
Thank you, Dr Vijayalakshmi Aluri Dr. Vijalakshmi, for making this celebration so memorable. Your kindness touched our hearts.
Spiritual Moments Along the Way
No trip feels complete without connecting with the Divine. During our stay, we also visited a beautiful Gurudwara here in Hyderabad.
As I sat quietly and listened to the peaceful prayers, I felt a deep sense of gratitude. Birthdays often make us think about getting older. But for me, birthdays are reminders of something far more important:
How blessed we are to still be here. Another year. Another opportunity. Another chance to grow, learn, love, serve, and make a difference.
Of Course… We Had to Visit Paradise!
Now let’s talk about something equally important…
Food! 😄
And when you’re in Hyderabad, one place is impossible to ignore:
Yes, we finally went there. The aroma, the flavors, the experience — it truly lived up to its reputation. Every city has its own story, and sometimes the best way to experience that story is through its food.

The interesting part? This is only the beginning.
The actual birthday is still here, and we have many more experiences, adventures, and celebrations planned.
I will soon write a detailed blog sharing everything — from our stay, the places we visited, the people we met, the lessons learned, and the unforgettable memories we are creating together.

As I write this, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
