Are you interested in what others have done to you, what you have read, what I have been through? To me, I think others should read your articles to understand the point of view of what you have been put through all of your life!! Sometimes you have to see if you have been there yourself!!

If Job Service in South Dakota is denying services due to discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, ancestry, disability, or national origin, it violates the South Dakota Human Rights Act. You can file a complaint with the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation’s Division of Human Rights ( SDDHR or the EEOC. Actions to Take If Discriminated Against:

~ Document Everything: Record dates, names, and specifically what was said or denied. ~ File a complaint: Contact the South Dakota Division of Human Rights or the EEOC online. If you believe you are restricted from a discriminating lawyer reviewing your rights. Discrimination in public services is illegal. If you are receiving services through the Federal government, you may also contact the Office of Federal Contract Compliance ( OFCCP)

Seek Legal Aid: if you are being illegally evicted from the state, or against it, consult an accommodation or employment expert, including refusal of an order restricting your movement, such as a restraining order or a temporary injunction in a legal dispute. If someone is forcibly holding you against your will, that is a crime (false imprisonment or kidnapping). If you are not under any of the legal restrictions listed above, you are free to move. If you are in a situation where you feel you are being “ Held Hostage” by an individual, you should contact local law enforcement.

How many of you have Dyslexia? Are you just like me, trying to learn? But there is always someone trying to ruin things by calling you dirty names, etc. People like us can learn, but in a different way. We just have another way of learning it. I was always learning in a different way when I was growing up. There are different ways that people can learn how to do things; there is nothing wrong with that. There is always a way of learning in a different pattern. Sometimes you have to test yourself to know how you can put things together in your own mind. Have you been discriminated against by other people? If you have, I know exactly what we all can do to let others know who we are!! I have been this way all my life, and I do not let others tell me what to do in my life.!! Other people do try, but I do not let them destroy me. Sometimes you have to “STAND UP FOR YOURSELF & DEFEND YOURSELF!!
