Thegani Lake Returns: A Community Effort to Restore Coimbatore’s Water Heritage

Thegani Lake is back.

This lake has been part of Coimbatore for centuries. Part of the Noyyal River’s water network, it gave life to the land and to the people around it.

Over the years, it slowly started to fade. Last Saturday, we celebrated its return.
