Dork Labs Awarded AWS Activate Startup Grant

We’re excited to share that Dork Labs has received a grant from Amazon Web Services (AWS) through the AWS Activate program, joining thousands of high-growth startups supported by AWS’s global startup ecosystem.

This grant provides us with AWS cloud credits and technical resources that will directly support the development and scaling of DorkFi — our decentralized borrow-lend protocol and stablecoin infrastructure built on Voi Network and Algorand.

Happy as hell to get this grant.

What This Grant Enables

DorkFi was already streamlined and running lean, with the ability to operate for years on our current reserves. AWS just helps open up new opportunities for early expansion. With AWS powering our backend systems, we can:

• Run high-performance infrastructure for indexing, liquidations, and real-time price data
• Improve the reliability and scalability of our Borrow-Lend markets
• Support upcoming launches such as the WAD stablecoin and cross-chain integrations
• Accelerate development and testing across Voi, Algorand, and future blockchains

This grant strengthens our ability to ship faster, scale sustainably, and deliver a world-class user experience across the DorkFi ecosystem.

Why This Matters

Receiving support from AWS Activate is a meaningful milestone for us. It’s validation of the technology we’re building, and it gives our team access to the same infrastructure used by some of the most successful startups in the world.

AWS is now a key piece of our backend infrastructure as we continue building the next generation of decentralized credit markets.

What’s Next

With this support, we’re moving full speed ahead on:

• Launching DorkFi Borrow-Lend markets
• Supporting PreFi migration
• Expanding to EVM
• Strengthening our real-time risk and liquidation systems
• Scaling for thousands of users and millions in TVL
