Improving Workflow — Developer Log # 18 — Giig Hire — 21st November

New Features

• Mass Delete Contacts & Candidates — Rather than deleting candidates and contacts 1 by 1, you can now select and delete as many candidates as you want in one go.
• Refactored Company and Contact Databases — Following the successful refactoring of the candidate database we have now distributed this new structure to the company and contact databases for faster load times for those with large databases.
• Default Company Settings — With the latest push we have implemented some default settings, at the moment we just have default industry, default currency and default table results but this is the starting blocks for more to come in the future.

New Addition

• Display the candidates next interview date in plain view on the candidate card.
• Dispalying shortlisted and hired candidates in to the job card so you can now see every candidate from Shortlisted right through the hiring process
• Instantly Reject all other applicants and close job when marking someone as hired.
• Closing a job will now rejected all outstanding applicants on the role.
• Deleting a company with now remove all contacts, jobs and reject any live applicants.
• Quick access menu has been added to the tiles on the company pipeline for quick access to key company actions
• Update interview date option is now avaliable for applicants in the interview stage

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where you were unable to remove our new feature CTA which was blocking the menu for some users
• Issue fixed where the candidate summary wasnt displaying on a candidate card.
• Fixed an issue where job boards were not showing a success message and look like they were broken.
• Fixed an issue where the advanced search was not searching the contents of a CV therefore skewing results.
• Fixed an issue where uploading a contact CSV would sometimes create multiple of the same company instead of linking the two contacts to one company.
• Fixed an issue with the menu on the website builder websites where the menu popup would disappear behind the content.
