First of all, a thank you. Over the past stretch during 2025, many of you have experienced performance interruptions, syncing issues, claim delays, and gaps in off-chain SPAY reward accrual. These challenges have been disruptive, and we want to acknowledge them openly. Despite this, a significant number of node operators have continued to maintain uptime and support the network through a demanding development phase, and that effort has not gone unnoticed.

Your continued participation and reliability have helped us move through an important stage of infrastructure evolution. In recognition of this, we will be introducing enhanced rewards for all operators who maintained 30%+ uptime during this recent window. Details will be shared soon as they align with the broader system changes now underway.

Behind the scenes, the team has been preparing a major network update and migration designed to introduce long-term stability, accurate reward tracking, improved performance monitoring, and a clearer operational framework for all node operators. This upgrade will also include a comprehensive reconciliation of SPAY rewards, ensuring every eligible operator receives their full, calculated allocation — alongside elevated reward structures for those who maintained stronger uptime.

While some aspects of this migration are not yet public, we can reaffirm the following:

All SPAY rewards that should have accrued will be reconciled during the migration.

This includes rewards earned through direct node running, NodeOps, and other approved hosting methods.

Operators who demonstrated higher uptime during this challenging period will receive elevated benefits under the new reward model.

This is a structured way to acknowledge consistent participation and support.

The upcoming migration introduces meaningful improvements that will strengthen the entire ecosystem.

📘 Updated Node FAQ

Q1: I bought a node and need a licence to run it. Where should I obtain one?

Node licences are issued directly through Script Network’s official licensing system. If you purchased a node without receiving your licence, please check the instructions in your purchase confirmation or contact the team through the official support portal or Discord support channels. Licences are not distributed by third parties.

Q2: My node is not syncing, what should I do?

Syncing issues may arise from temporary network instability, outdated software, or system resource limitations. Please try the following steps:

1. Restart your node to reset the connection.
2. Verify you are running the most current node version.
3. Ensure your hosting machine meets the minimum hardware requirements (RAM, disk, bandwidth).
4. Check official Script Network status posts for any maintenance or downtime.

If syncing problems persist, share your node ID and logs with support so they can diagnose the issue.

Q3: I bought a node and ran it with NodeOps but haven’t received my rewards. Where are my rewards?

Rewards earned through NodeOps are included in the broader SPAY reward reconciliation currently in progress. During the migration, all eligible SPAY rewards, including those not yet displayed or properly tracked, will be reconciled and credited accordingly. No action is required from you.

Q4: Aside from NodeOps, are there any other node providers for Script Network?

Yes. While NodeOps is widely used, Script Network nodes may also be hosted through other approved providers or via self-hosting. An updated list of verified providers will be published following the migration to ensure reliability and consistency across all node setups.

Q5: I received rewards from running a node, where can I access these rewards?

All node-generated SPAY rewards currently accrue within Script Network’s off-chain reward system, viewable through your account or dashboard. After the migration, these rewards will undergo reconciliation and alignment with the new token reward model, giving operators a clearer, more flexible way to access and utilise their earned rewards.

Q6: When can rewards from running a node be converted into the new token?

Conversion will take place as part of the upcoming network migration. At that point:

• SPAY rewards will be fully reconciled,
• Operators with stronger uptime will receive elevated reward allocations,
• And all node-generated SPAY will transition into the updated token structure.

A precise timeline will be shared shortly, but you can expect all accrued rewards to be included in the conversion process.
