The Orbit Chain Team has been striving to normalize the ecosystem and establish a transparent decision-making system. We believe that the voices of rAsset holders (participants in the lock-up program), who are most deeply involved in the current normalization process, must play a key role in determining our future direction.

Therefore, we are opening the rAsset Official Governance Forum, where rAsset holders can freely propose agendas, discuss them, and participate in practical decision-making.

Introduction to the Governance Forum

The newly opened rAsset Official Governance Forum is a space to discuss various agendas for ecosystem recovery and normalization. rAsset holders can raise their voices directly here and participate as key subjects determining the future of the ecosystem through voting.

Voting Rights and Weight Criteria

For fair and rational decision-making, voting rights are exercised based on the ‘Value of Assets Held’.

• Eligibility: rAsset Holders (Participants in the stolen asset lock-up)
• Weight Criteria: A 1:1 weight is applied based on the Claim Value as of January 1, 2024 (time of the exploit).
• Example: A holder with assets worth $10,000 at the time has 100 times the voting weight of a holder with $100.
• Significance: This is to ensure legitimate decision-making authority proportional to the actual scale of the stolen assets held by holders, regardless of market price fluctuations.

How to Participate in Governance

Governance participation is divided into Agenda Proposal/Discussion and Voting. You can participate safely through your current rAsset wallet without issuing separate tokens.
