Choose to take time for yourself

Dear Diary,

“You have gained weight”, the dietician said to me from behind his desk, it was not so good, when I am working on to lose weight.

What I like about her coaching form is that I can eat chocolate.

But I will try. Frankly, it came as a surprise to me.

Today has been such a day where what I had planned took a completely different turn than I expected.

A friend I have not seen in a long time was going to meet today. We had decided two days ago that we would just go for a walk around a park.

Then she wrote today about whether we should go to a fairground, and she had two concert tickets to a classical concert.

So we were in Tivoli, which is an amusement park, and then to a concert.

Which pleasantly surprised me because I usually never go to classical concert.

I hear more rhythmic music. It was great how the conductor stood with his back to us and conducted forty-five people with their own instrument and made it go to the beat.

Impressive.

I came home late and started writing a larger sales script that I will show those watching the online seminar and others interested when I send it all out. 3 September. I brought forward the date from August 31 to Sunday, September 3. It was better.

Then I fixed my Meta ads that I put up the other day, but unfortunately, I had referred to my website, it was supposed to be another page where they must sign up for the online seminar.

I am not giving up, but there is a lot of work in starting up as a solo self-employed person. And to be honest, I do not know if I would have started this 8 years ago. If I knew how long time it takes.
