A Map of Reality — Introducing Meta-Para-Ontology

Meta-Para-Ontology is a polymetaphysical system of knowledge integration operating at the intersection of Indian and Western philosophical traditions. It harmoniously reconciles empirical scientific discoveries with both subjective and collective lived experience. Without advancing a single doctrinal thesis or asserting fixed, immutable entities, it articulates a structural vision of reality capable of situating diverse epistemic frameworks within a shared ontological architecture.Modern disciplines describe reality in isolated fragments: physics explains mechanics while brackets the lived experience; psychology maps experience yet lacks a grounding ontology; and spiritual traditions preserve profound insights without a shared conceptual language. From this perspective, the fragmentation of contemporary knowledge reflects the absence of an adequate structural map of reality — one capable of revealing how these apparently disparate domains of inquiry belong to a single, coherent ontological order.

Meta-Para-Ontology provides a framework through which scientific causality, philosophical inquiry, and insights from spiritual traditions can be understood within a single coherent order, without treating them as mutually exclusive domains. It seeks to clarify how determination arises, how causal formations persist, how the world manifests as dynamic experience, and how consciousness relates to this unfolding without being reduced to it. Ultimately, it is not a theory of new meanings, but a theory of existing meanings gaining order.

Developed through a rethinking of Indian metaphysical ideas, Meta-Para-Ontology translates longstanding insights about causality, manifestation, and consciousness into a form capable of dialogue with modern science and Western philosophy. Its aim is clarification: to show how different domains of knowledge and human experience address distinct aspects of the same unfolding reality. Here, recurring principles from the complex, multidimensional architecture of Eastern metaphysics, along with theologies rooted in its deepest insights and fractal-spherical cosmologies, are taken as a foundational basis — yet reinterpreted and methodologically presented in a readable, linear form that outlines a universal coordinate system through basic registers. Thus, Meta-Para-Ontology becomes a map, indicating how different disciplines relate to one another within a shared ontological structure.

The Meta-Para-Ontology framework is based on four interconnected registers, each describing a fundamental dimension of ontological reality: the condition through which determination becomes possible — Meta-Potentiality; the persistence of formation — Formative Causality; the dynamic field of experiential presence — Manifestation; and the clarification of consciousness as witnessing presence — Meta-Actualization. Together, these registers outline an integrated model in which causality, experience, and awareness appear as structurally related aspects of a single ontology.

Unlike traditional models, these registers do not represent entities, processes, or separate domains of reality. Instead, they function as coordinating markers — epistemic metrics that register and map where specific entities, processes, and domains fall within the overarching structure. They articulate the fundamental ontological transitions through which these elements become available as objects of investigation — as reality becomes determinate, persists, manifests, and is clarified in experience. In this way, the ontology achieves structural completeness by encompassing the full range of reality as it is encountered — from physical processes described by science, through continuity and formation, to lived experience and the insights preserved within metaphysical and religious traditions. By situating these dimensions within a single structural framework, Meta-Para-Ontology allows scientific discovery and spiritual experience to appear as perspectives addressing different moments of the same ontological unfolding, without contradiction or doctrinal closure.
