This quarter focuses on the performance of the treasury, ICL protocol revenue, token burn activity, and key ecosystem indicators.

Treasury Overview

ICP Treasury

The ICP treasury opened the quarter on October 30, 2025, with 180,227.81 ICP. By January 23, 2026, it decreased to 122,227.81 ICP, a net reduction of 58,000 ICP due to:

18,000 ICP transferred from the treasury (Proposal 576). 20,000 ICP withdrawn to purchase ckBTC (Proposal 578). 20,000 ICP withdrawn to purchase ckBTC (Proposal 581).

ICL Treasury

The Eco — Incentive Reserve started the quarter with 13,446,651.1 ICL and ended with the same amount. The Risk Reserve (21,040,578.7 ICL) and Strategic Reserve (15,731,035.7 ICL) stayed unchanged. Overall, the total ICL treasury remained at 50,218,265.5 ICL.

ICL Revenue: 4,402 ICL Closing Balance: 9,253 ICL (no burns or treasury transfers)

While overall growth remained measured, the foundations of the ICL ecosystem continued to strengthen.
