What Is Cascadian Law and Justice?

Cascadian Law and Justice is the legal and judicial advocacy division of the Office of Cascadian Independence, a public-benefit institution within the decentralized governance system of the Cascadia Plan. More than a blog or a policy site, it is a strategic platform for action. Our mission: to draft, defend, and deploy legal arguments, amicus briefs, constitutional challenges, and full-fledged lawsuits in defense of the sovereign rights of the people, as codified under the Draft Constitution of Cascadia and Sovereign Persons.

The Legal Fight for Freedom

We do not recognize the legitimacy of any law that violates natural rights. We challenge state and federal authority where it contradicts the unalienable liberties of self-defense, self-determination, privacy, free movement, freedom of association, and bodily sovereignty.

Who Operates This?

Cascadian Law and Justice is coordinated by a coalition of jurists, legal scholars, activists, and sovereign citizens aligned with the Cascadian MetaDAO—a federated system of decentralized governance across the Pacific Northwest. Legal operations are carried out under the protective legal entity known as the Office of Cascadian Independence, a public benefit DAO-LLC.

All actions taken by Cascadian Law and Justice are constitutional under the Cascadian legal framework, which recognizes the primacy of natural rights, voluntary association, and the duty of all individuals to resist tyranny.

Why Now?

Because tyranny is no longer theoretical.
