A facility orbiting Col 285 Sector TF-E c12–10 10, a terrestrial water world, has come online within the last 10 days. It has immediately begun emitting an incredibly strong signal that is encrypted in an unknown manner.

Corvette FN-0459, moniker Hand of the Inquisitor, was seen entering the station 23/11/3311. Shortly thereafter, pilots began receiving threatening transmissions concerning a false realm. Author identified only as Spoon Magister / CHIME Inquisitor. No such records of FN-0459 or Spoon Magister exist within the station. Those making inquiries into the matter are fined and banned from the station.

Recommend immediate resource allocation into the decryption of the signal, and surveillance of any ships entering or leaving the system at this time.
