There are things UNSAID, but NOT all are UNSAID

And I wish I could say them to anyone…

It’s the things that are left unsaid that take up the most space in our hearts

Dwelling and dwelling. Diving deep into something, we have all felt it at least once. That you desperately wanna cry, wanna pour your heart out, wanna tell everything that’s taken your nights of sleep away. You just want someone to listen to you at that time. And the irony is, you’re the most alone at that time. Even if you try to call someone up, there’s hardly anyone to be found.

“God please stop this. I can’t take it anymore.”, my mind screamed. But my face showed not a single mark of what was going on. I smiled, as always, telling them I was still me — I wasn’t!

I was internally conflicted. I guess, I still am. I couldn’t say. Because I didn’t know how to.

And there’s a lot of stuff, I still can’t say although my soul is crying a lot.

But I did express myself, for sure! In alternative ways. I wrote poems to calm myself, meditated, and even discovered a new hobby — singing. This year I started taking online singing classes, created a channel on YouTube, so I could get any clarity. Things weren’t that good. But I was like “Okay, let’s give it a shot!” (I’m still on it!).

After all, what you can expect from a teenage mind — unable to say what’s exactly going on?

And let me tell you, after all this, I still smiled. I still do.

It’s really hard to smile when a volcano is erupting within you. And you know, you can’t do anything about it.

I don’t know how a lot of people get through this, but I found my way. And they help me a lot!

I have no idea how to write more and more about it. But I guess, I will get through it soon.
