Another factor many investors overlook is project availability.

As demand for the EB-5 program continues to increase, many well-positioned EB 5 Regional Center projects are approaching subscription limits earlier than expected, particularly within reserved visa categories that continue to attract strong investor demand.

Investors who delay the process too long may eventually find themselves facing fewer project choices as the deadline approaches.
