PVC Hand Rail for Hypervibe

I am all about MOM-ing smarter, not harder and DIY-ing items to help my children. This including building a PVC Hand Rail for our Hypervibe vibration plate. After my son’s SDR Surgery, his surgeon recommended getting a vibration plate to help with stretching and exercise. Also, to be honest, it is pretty fun.

We decided to go with the Hypervibe G10, one of the vibration plates recommended by his surgeon. So far we love the Hypervibe for a few reason…

1. They send you A LOT of helpful information.
2. It comes with a great APP full of exercises.
3. If you buy it post SDR surgery, they also send you SDR resources. I will never turn down more resources or information!

Upon getting the vibration plate we knew we’d have to help our son balance on it. We have had success with PVC pipe before so we decided to build a PVC Hand Rail for the Hypervibe plate. It worked PERFERTLY! It was inexpensive, easy to build and could be custom built to my son’s height.
