Autobiographical poetry (let’s thank Sylvia Plath) is awesome. I live in cracks between expectations (my own and society’s) that are indeed disorienting and almost disabling at times, as you so well evoke.

Thank you for this. You will come out and crest again before the next trough. We are not snapshots in time, we are particle and wave surging forth, unstoppable. The hugs will come again, as will the loneliness. But, as your poem reached out and engaged my heart and mind, your existence and trials are validated. You are doing the right thing even though it is hard.

Keep the faith in you and those who recognize you, sister from another mister. You are needed.
