⚓️BIBLE REFERENCE: Joshua 21:27-33 (AMP) [27] To the sons of Gershon, one of the families of the Levites, they gave from the other half-tribe of Manasseh, [the city of] Golan in Bashan, the city of refuge for anyone who committed manslaughter, with its pasture lands, and Be-eshterah with its pasture lands; two cities.

💪🏿BIBLE IN 90 DAYS: Isaiah 41:19-29 - Isaiah 52:1-12.

MESSAGE Revelation 3:20; "Behold, I stand at the door [of the church] and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me." Putting this statement made by our Lord Jesus and the one He made in our memory verse side by side, we see a paradox. So Who chooses who? Jesus? or us? This question is important because having learnt how The Lord appointed twelve apostles unto Himself and has chosen according to Ephesians 4:11, some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some, pastors and teachers; the question beckons; how do I know that I have been chosen? Another subtly rises up; what if I am not one that has been chosen? This level is even too far, let's consider another...

Ephesians 1:3-6 unveils; "Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ, just as [in His love] He chose us in Christ [actually selected us for Himself as His own] before the foundation of the world, so that we would be holy [that is, consecrated, set apart for Him, purpose-driven] and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined and lovingly planned for us to be adopted to Himself as [His own] children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the kind intention and good pleasure of His will—to the praise of His glorious grace and favor, which He so freely bestowed on us in the Beloved [His Son, Jesus Christ]." The answers we seek are right before our faces. God The Father chose Jesus, Jesus chose us and we in return get to choose Him!

No, Peter was not speaking from the flesh but by The Spirit when he revealed in 2 Peter 3:9 that God's Will is for all humanity to come to repentance. Didn't our Lord Jesus explain in John 3:16 saying; "For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life". Salvation is clearly for whosoever chooses to believe in Jesus. Eternal life is for whosoever chooses to believe in Jesus. Believing in Jesus will of course have the proof of confessing Him as Lord and Saviour with an attitude that proves your belief, sponsored by The Holy Spirit. Holiness becomes the new nature of a man who truly believes in Jesus because The same Holy Spirit comes in to dwell in that man's heart. So yes, we are able to dwell in His Secret Place, hiding under His Shadow because He already dwells in us by His Spirit!

🎺CALL: How about addressing the elephant in the room? How do I know I have been appointed as an Apostle or a prophet, an evangelist, a pastor, a teacher? You would agree that although the tribes of Israel cast lots to get their land allocation, The Lord Himself was The Original Choice-maker as He chose Israel for Himself, chose the lands for them to dwell in and chose to give them victory over their enemies ao that they could occupy the land! At the minimum level, like Abraham, every Christian should be willing to go any length for Jesus because He did the same for us. That is the first step in discovering your calling.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 reveals; "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all." Since The Lord has chosen already before the foundation of the world was laid, it is our duty to discover the choice He made. How do we do this? Jeremiah 29:11-13 answers; "For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart." The answer is very clear; seeking His Face with every fibre of your being by the Instrument of prayer and The Word! Mark 3:14 reveals how our Lord Jesus appointed His Disciples to first of all be with Him before He sent them! How desperate are you to know Jesus? Secrets are only revealed to intimate friends, not everyone. Special assignments are only entrusted to trusted servants, not just anyone. Special missions are only entrusted to specially trained trusted assassins, not all of them! We don't seek Jesus because we are called, we heard His call when we were seeking Him. Can you commit today to seeking The Lord with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength, willing to do anything and go anywhere for Him?

🫵🏿BRIDGE: Listen now to The Words of our Lord Jesus as recorded in John 15:11-27 and gain Life; "I have told you these things so that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy may be made full and complete and overflowing. This is My commandment, that you love and unselfishly seek the best for one another, just as I have loved you. No one has greater love [nor stronger commitment] than to lay down his own life for his friends. You are my friends if you keep on doing what I command you. I do not call you servants any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you [My] friends, because I have revealed to you everything that I have heard from My Father. You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you. This [is what] I command you: that you love and unselfishly seek the best for one another. If the world hates you [and it does], know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you belonged to the world, the world would love [you as] its own and would treat you with affection. But you are not of the world [you no longer belong to it], but I have chosen you out of the world. And because of this the world hates you. Remember [and continue to remember] that I told you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But they will do all these [hurtful] things to you for My name’s sake [because you bear My name and are identified with Me], for they do not know the One who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have [the guilt of their] sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. The one who hates Me also hates My Father. If I had not done among them the works (attesting miracles) which no one else [ever] did, they would not have [the guilt of their] sin; but now [the fact is that] they have both seen [these works] and have hated Me [and continue to hate Me] and My Father as well. But [this is so] that the word which has been written in their Law would be fulfilled, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’ But when the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of Truth who comes from the Father, He will testify and bear witness about Me. But you will testify also and be My witnesses, because you have been with Me from the beginning".

🔥PRAYER POINT: My Father, I Thank You for sending Your Word to me today. Lord Jesus, Thank You for choosing me to do Your Will. I choose You Lord. Please reveal to me what You have called me to do, in Jesus Mighty Name!
